Have you found a Primeloom item that you just have to own? Great!
Select a color and/or size and click on “Add to cart.”
Of course, you can continue shopping – you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Please note: Items in your cart are not reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it’s time to complete your order. Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to view your Primeloom items. On the next screen, you can still adjust quantities if needed. Then click on “Proceed to checkout.” This will take you to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on a single page.
Important: Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be modified, as it will be processed immediately so you can receive it as quickly as possible.
1. What are the shipping costs?
Primeloom covers the shipping costs. You pay no shipping fees.*
* Return shipping costs, however, must be paid by you.
2. Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can follow your order through the order status page – you will receive the link in an email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: It may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
3. What are the delivery times?
Primeloom aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order before 3:00 PM on working days, we will do our best to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10–15 working days.
4. I’m not home during delivery – what happens?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver with the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, which means there is only a small window of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
6. Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please report this to us. Fourteen (14) days after the indicated delivery date, PostNL will initiate an investigation. We will keep you informed until the investigation has been completed.
